Orbit advises GREENPEAK on Fund III Final Closing and Continuation Fund Top-Up.

GREENPEAK Partners continues its successful investment strategy with two milestones: the final closing of its EUR 300m GREENPEAK Fund III and a EUR 80m top-up of its GREENPEAK Continuation Fund I, following last year’s consolidation of ACADEMIA and CERTANIA into a EUR 350m multi-asset fund.

The Fund III closing further expands GREENPEAK’s investment capacity, while the Top-Up raises additional capital from the existing investor base, maintaining the fund’s original structure and integrating new AIFs. This innovative structure allows for continued growth of both companies (ACADEMIA and CERTANIA) and provides customized exposure options for different investors.

Orbit advised GREENPEAK on all legal, tax, and regulatory aspects of both transactions.
