Orbit advises GREENPEAK on Top-Up of Continuation Fund.

GREENPEAK Partners continues its successful investment strategy with a EUR 80m top-up of its GREENPEAK Continuation Fund I, following last year’s consolidation of ACADEMIA and CERTANIA into a EUR 350m multi-asset fund. This Top-Up raises additional capital from the existing investor base while maintaining the fund’s original structure and integrating new AIFs.

The innovative structure allows for continued growth of both companies while providing customized exposure options for different investors. HarbourVest Partners remains Principal Lead Investor across both ACADEMIA and CERTANIA, with Kline Hill Partners continuing as Co-Lead Investor in ACADEMIA alongside the international syndicate.

Orbit advised GREENPEAK on all legal, tax, and regulatory aspects of the fund Top-Up.
