Orbit advises UVC Partners on Reverion's EUR 175 million Series B financing.

UVC Partners participated in Reverion's EUR 175 million Series B financing round, with KfW Capital investing through a special purpose vehicle managed by UVC Partners.

Founded in 2022, Reverion develops reversible fuel-cell power plants that generate electricity from gas, enable flexible energy storage and can be operated carbon-negative. The new capital will support the further scaling of the company's technology and the construction of a new production facility in Germany with annual manufacturing capacity of up to 250 MW.

Orbit advised UVC Partners on the structuring and implementation of the co-investment vehicle through which KfW Capital participated in the financing round.
