Orbit advises FINVIA on the set-up of PE Selection, the sixth PE funds-of-funds generation.

FINVIA has launched PE Selection 2026, the sixth generation of its private equity fund‑of‑funds programme. PE Selection is FINVIA’s long‑standing fund‑of‑funds platform, providing investors with access to a carefully curated portfolio of international private equity managers. The new fund offers exposure to a portfolio of six to ten underlying funds, primarily pursuing buyout and growth strategies, with broad diversification across regions and sectors, including technology, healthcare, and industrials.

Orbit acted as legal advisor to FINVIA and advised on the legal structuring and fund set-up. Orbit also advised FINVIA on the two predecessor funds PE Selection 2025 and PE Selection 2024.
