Orbit advises Earlybird on structuring of EUR 360m Earlybird Fund VIII.

Earlybird Venture Capital has held the final closing of its flagship fund Earlybird Fund VIII. The fund focuses on technology investments and is backed by a broad and international investor base, including numerous international institutional investors, family offices, and private investors.

Orbit's GP Team advised Earlybird on the structuring and establishment of the fund and supported the team throughout the fundraising process.
