Vanagon Ventures holds the first close of its new EUR 30m venture capital fund.

Founded by Axel Roitzsch, Susanne Fromm and Sandro Stark, Vanagon Ventures invests in start-ups building digital solutions at the intersection of climate and financing. The investments benefit B2B climate fintechs that convert the green transformation from a cost burden to a profit center.

The first investments have already been made in ten start-ups, including The Landbanking Group and the world´s largest marketplace for digitized CO2 certificates.

Orbit advised Vanagon Ventures on all legal aspects of the structuring of the fund.
