Orbit advises UVC Partners on launch of Growth Opportunities Fund II.

UVC Partners has held a first closing of the new growth opportunities fund and thereby expanded its current fund to EUR 400 million, adding EUR 150 million in dedicated growth capital to support Europe’s next generation of B2B technology companies.

This milestone follows the rapid closing of UVC Fund IV and reflects continued strong investor commitment. With the additional capital, UVC will invest stage‑agnostically – from early stage through Series B and beyond – selectively double down on top‑performing portfolio companies, enable substantial growth‑stage financings, and invest in exceptional late‑stage teams across Europe.

Recent achievements across space, fusion energy, energy infrastructure and mobility demonstrate how European B2B innovation continues to scale globally. The strategy remains closely linked to UVC’s partnership with UnternehmerTUM, combining capital with privileged access to corporates, talent and industrial infrastructure.
