Orbit advises Earlybird Health on final closing of new EUR 173m fund.

Earlybird Venture Capital’s Health team closes latest healthcare fund of EUR 173m – significantly outsizing the previous one. The fund will predominantly invest in European companies across healthcare sectors including digital health, diagnostics, medical devices, R&D tools, and biopharma.

The new Earlybird Health Fund received support from major institutional investors across Europe, including health insurers, strategic investors as well as other public and private organizations.

Orbit advised Earlybird Health on all legal and tax aspects of the establishment of the fund.
