Orbit advises on launch of Lucid Capital and their debut Fund I.

Lucid Capital has successfully launched its venture capital fund, Lucid Fund I. Founded by Srećko Džeko and Johann Nordhus Westarp, the fund backs AI-native application and infrastructure companies in Europe and represents the continent’s largest dedicated inception-stage focused fund. Lucid specifically looks for founders with unique insights and exceptional execution velocity.

The fund completed its final closing last year, backed by a group of renowned family offices and leading entrepreneurs from the start-up ecosystem.

Orbit’s GP-Team advised Lucid on the legal, regulatory, and tax aspects of the fund setup, supported the fundraising process and guided the team through investor negotiations.
