Robin Capital Fund One is a EUR 10-20m Solo GP boutique fund led by seasoned investor and entrepreneur Robin Haak, focusing on software and technology. A group of experienced Limited Partners participated in the closing, including well-known Unicorn founders and investors.

Through Fund One, Robin Capital invests primarily in software and technology companies in a value-add manner across multiple financing stages - particularly Angel, Pre-Seed to Series A and occasionally Growth.

Orbit advised Robin Capital on all contractual, tax and regulatory aspects of the fund structuring and marketing.
