Orbit advises Blockchain Founders Capital Management on their first micro VC fund.

Orbit is excited to have advised on the closing of the first fund set up by Blockchain Founders Capital Management ("BFC"). The micro venture capital fund is focused on early-stage startups leveraging Web3 technologies.

BFC was created by partners with a strong background in venture capital and private equity, company building, and Web3.

Web3 is effectively a collection of technologies with countless different investable sub-verticals within each of these trends. BFC focuses mainly on the application layer with startups that use blockchain technology to solve problems 10x better, faster, or cheaper.

The fund already has six portfolio companies and intends to make thirty seed investments during its lifetime.

Orbit advised comprehensively on legal issues of the fund set-up.
